Kathryn began her career in 1993 with IRI, an international market research company. In 1994, she was invited to join the University Relations department at the University of Notre Dame, her alma mater, managing the operations and staff of the Development Phone Center there.
In 1997 Kathryn left Notre Dame to begin her petroleum career with Shell Oil, originally based in Chicago. Later that year she was assigned to the Boston District, managing a territory of direct dealers. After the formation of Motiva in 1998, she continued to be a part of the New England District, filling various sales and marketing roles on the direct side of the business. In 2002, Kathryn left Motiva and accepted a position with ConocoPhillips, managing wholesale Exxon business in New England. She became an employee of Gulf Oil, LP in 2003, when Gulf purchased wholesale assets from ConocoPhillips. There, she continued to manage wholesale business, for both the Exxon and Gulf brands. In 2006 she was promoted to her current role, in which she manages Gulf Oil’s marketing programs, objectives and initiatives; oversees the operational aspects that support the Field Sales Team; and, supervises the marketing staff and the relationship with outside vendors.
Kathryn is a cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Indiana and earned an MBA with honors from Boston College, Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. |
