With the Gulf Commercial Fleet Fueling Card, each vehicle is assigned a card and each driver a driver identification number. One cannot be used without the other. And should the need arise, you can cancel a card or I.D. number within 24 hours.
PAR Report
Each month you'll receive a comprehensive, easy-to-read report detailing purchases by vehicle and driver, letting you know where and when your driver fueled, what was purchased and what it cost.
SCAS Report
The Standard Card Activity Summary is designed for customers who don't need the detail provided with the Vehicle Analysis Report. Drivers are not required to enter a driver identification number or odometer reading at the time of purchase. Each card is numbered and can be assigned to either the drivers or vehicles, whichever works best for the fleet.
The report lists purchases by card number, and indicates where the fuel was purchased, the date and time it was purchased, the cost, number of gallons, cost per gallon, and the type of fuel.
This summary report is also an invoice, making reconciliation a snap. A fleet can convert to the Vehicle Analysis Report program at anytime simply by calling our toll-free customer service number.

Fleet Analyst Report
With the Fleet Analyst Report, you'll see at a glance who is not meeting the company's fueling policies. You select categories and limits needed to alert you to unusual transactions.
EFPS System
With the Electronic Fleet Payment System, you can pay your invoice without ever having to write a check! In addition to the time saved, you can receive discounts on purchases, depending on the frequency of payments.
You can pay fleet invoices daily, tri-monthly or monthly. Because payments are made electronically, there's never a late payment fee.
edata Purchasing and Fuel Information
Monthly transactions come to you on disk or tape, allowing you to import the data into your spreadsheet or database application.
Tax Reporting & Exemption
Tax Reporting & Exemption is available to qualified tax exempt fleets (e.g. nonprofit and government fleets). Included with your monthly statement is a Tax Report Summary, itemizing the taxes deducted from your invoice, by station and by state.
